These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Nzuko application ("Nzuko"). Nzuko is provided by OJP Applications Ltd, a company registered in England (company number 12530029), whose website is https://ojpapps.com/. By downloading, installing or using Nzuko, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Nzuko.

Acceptance of these Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing or using Nzuko, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Nzuko on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

What Nzuko does
Nzuko keeps your circle connected. It provides instant messaging and group chats, audio and video calls, contacts and favourites, reminders with AI-assisted drafting, and Sat Nav with turn-by-turn driving and walking directions. Nzuko works on your phone, tablet and the web. The service relies on network connectivity and third-party infrastructure, and some features may not be available in every country or on every device.

Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to enter into a binding agreement in your country, to use Nzuko. If you are under the age required in your country to consent to the processing of personal data, a parent or guardian should review these Terms and the Privacy Policy with you. Nzuko is not directed at children under 13.

Your account
To use most of Nzuko's features, you need an account. You agree to provide accurate account information, to keep your login details secure, and not to share your account with anyone else. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account. Contact us promptly at hello@ojpapps.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your content
You keep ownership of the messages, media, contacts, reminders and other content you create or share through Nzuko. You grant us the permission needed to host, transmit, store and display that content so we can operate the service, including delivering messages to your recipients and syncing your information across your devices and the web. You are responsible for the content you share and for making sure you have the right to share it.

Community safety and acceptable content
Nzuko is for real connections, not harm. Do not use Nzuko to send content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, deceptive or otherwise harmful, or to impersonate anyone else. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
Nzuko lets you block users and report content or behaviour that breaches these Terms. Reports are reviewed, and we may take action including removing content and suspending accounts. Blocking and reporting tools are available in the app. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services.

Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Nzuko, including by attempting to access or disrupt the service, reverse engineering the app, using it for unlawful purposes, sending spam or bulk unsolicited messages, scraping or harvesting other users' information, or using it in any way that could cause harm or distress to others.

Calls and emergency services
Nzuko's audio and video calls are internet-based and depend on your network connection. Nzuko is not a telephone service and cannot be used to contact emergency services. In an emergency, use your device's standard phone dialler or another available emergency service.

Sat Nav and directions
Directions, routes and voice guidance are provided for general guidance only. Maps, routes and estimated travel information can contain errors, and conditions such as traffic, roadworks and closures change constantly. You are responsible for your own safety: follow road signs and traffic laws, keep your attention on the road, and do not rely on Nzuko alone where safety or accuracy matters. If you open directions in Google Maps or Apple Maps, those services' terms apply.

AI-assisted reminders may contain errors
AI-assisted drafting for birthdays, events and tasks is a convenience feature and may produce errors, omissions or inaccuracies. Always review reminders before relying on them, and do not use Nzuko as your only record for important dates or commitments.

Permissions and device features
Some features need access to your camera, microphone, photos, contacts, location and notifications. You choose whether to grant these permissions, and you can change them in your device settings. If a permission is not granted, the related feature will not work.

Subscriptions and purchases
Nzuko may be offered on a free basis and as paid subscriptions or in-app purchases, including payments between users in the future. Prices are presented in the relevant app store or in the app before you purchase. Features, pricing and plans may change from time to time. Payments between users, where offered, do not make Nzuko a bank or payment institution, and additional terms may apply to those features when they become available.

Renewals and cancellation
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the relevant app store rules. You can manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple or Google account, depending on where you purchased it. Unless you cancel, your subscription will continue until the end of the then-current period.

Apple and Google billing relationship
Purchases of Nzuko made through the Apple App Store are billed and managed by Apple. Purchases made through Google Play are billed and managed by Google. Their terms, policies and refund rules apply to those purchases, and payment disputes should be directed to the relevant store in the first instance.

Third-party services
Nzuko may use third-party services to operate features, such as an external AI provider for reminder drafting, external maps services for navigation, and push notification delivery. Those services are third parties, and your use of the related features is subject to their terms and privacy practices in addition to these Terms. We are not responsible for third-party services you choose to use.

Intellectual property
Nzuko and all content, features and branding in it are owned by OJP Applications Ltd or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of Nzuko does not give you any ownership in it. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Availability
We aim to keep Nzuko available and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available. Updates may be required, and some features may depend on your device, operating system, network connection and app store.

Disclaimers
Nzuko is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that messages or calls will always be delivered, that AI reminders or navigation will be accurate, that Nzuko will meet your expectations, or that the service will be uninterrupted or secure. Nothing in these Terms limits warranties that cannot be excluded by law.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OJP Applications Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of Nzuko, including missed messages, missed calls, missed reminders or reliance on directions. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Nzuko if you breach these Terms, including by sharing harmful content or misusing the service. You may stop using Nzuko at any time by deleting your account and the app. Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when they were last changed. Continued use of Nzuko after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms, where permitted by law.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms affects any rights you may have under the law of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by law.
