These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the OJP BizPilot mobile application ("BizPilot"). BizPilot is provided by OJP Applications Ltd, a company registered in England (company number 12530029), whose website is https://ojpapps.com/. By downloading, installing or using BizPilot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use BizPilot.

Acceptance of these Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing or using BizPilot, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use BizPilot on behalf of a business, employer or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

What BizPilot does
BizPilot helps you create invoices, track expenses and income, scan receipts, log mileage and journeys, manage vehicles, and see an estimated tax reserve based on your records. It does not submit tax returns, file documents or send invoices on your behalf; you remain responsible for what you send, submit or claim.

Estimates and calculations are informational
BizPilot is not tax, accounting, payroll or financial advice. The tax reserve, profit figures and other calculations are estimates based on the information and rules you enter. Tax rules can change and depend on your personal circumstances. You should always verify figures against your own records and consult a qualified accountant or tax adviser for your obligations.

Verify your records
You are responsible for verifying that the information you enter, and the figures BizPilot calculates, are correct. Do not rely on BizPilot output alone for decisions that depend on accuracy, such as tax returns, expense claims, invoicing or compliance obligations.

Receipt OCR may contain errors
Where BizPilot extracts information from receipt images through OCR, the extracted details may contain errors, omissions or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting extracted data before relying on it, and you should keep your original receipts as your authoritative records.

No professional advice
BizPilot does not provide tax, accounting, legal, financial or professional advice merely by organising records or producing estimates. Any figures, reports or summaries are informational tools. For decisions affecting your legal, financial or tax position, you should consult a qualified professional.

Permission to process information
You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to record and process any information you add to BizPilot, including the personal data of customers or other people. Only add information you are entitled to process.

Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to enter into a binding agreement in your country, to use BizPilot. If you are under the age required in your country to consent to the processing of personal data, a parent or guardian should review these Terms and the Privacy Policy with you.

Licence to use BizPilot
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use BizPilot on devices you own or control, for your personal or internal business purposes. The licence does not allow you to redistribute, resell, reverse engineer or copy BizPilot other than as permitted by law.

User responsibilities
You are responsible for the records and information you add to BizPilot, for keeping your device secure, and for the accuracy of the details you enter. You should keep original receipts, invoices and records as your authoritative documents.

Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse BizPilot, including by attempting to access or disrupt the service, reverse engineering the app, using it for unlawful purposes, or adding information you are not entitled to process.

Subscriptions and purchases
BizPilot may be offered on a free basis and as paid subscriptions, for example "BizPilot Pro". Prices for subscriptions are presented in the relevant app store before you purchase. Features, pricing and plans may change from time to time.

Renewals and cancellation
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the relevant app store rules. You can manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple or Google account, depending on where you purchased it. Unless you cancel, your subscription will continue until the end of the then-current period.

Apple and Google billing relationship
Purchases of BizPilot made through the Apple App Store are billed and managed by Apple. Purchases made through Google Play are billed and managed by Google. Their terms, policies and refund rules apply to those purchases, and payment disputes should be directed to the relevant store in the first instance.

Third-party services
If you enable a feature of BizPilot that uses an external OCR or AI provider, that provider is a third party, and your use of such features is subject to that provider's terms and privacy practices in addition to these Terms. We are not responsible for third-party services you configure or enable.

Intellectual property
BizPilot and all content, features and branding in it are owned by OJP Applications Ltd or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of BizPilot does not give you any ownership in it. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Availability
We aim to keep BizPilot available and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available. Updates may be required, and some features may depend on your device, operating system and app store.

Disclaimers
BizPilot is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that OCR or calculations will be accurate, that BizPilot will meet your expectations, or that the service will be uninterrupted or secure. Nothing in these Terms limits warranties that cannot be excluded by law.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OJP Applications Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of BizPilot, including reliance on estimates, extracted data or reports. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to BizPilot if you breach these Terms. You may stop using BizPilot at any time by deleting the app. Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when they were last changed. Continued use of BizPilot after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms, where permitted by law.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms affects any rights you may have under the law of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by law.
